You can not sponsor a tourist visa.

Read the Consulate web site.

They are right you cannot sponsor them, in addition if the consulate knows you will be having a baby it will probably be more difficult for them to come as they assume your parents are going to take away American jobs babysitting for you. My wife's mother was denied twice to come here when we have our baby. Sad but true.

Doing that is not required and will make their case weaker.

R u sure from the above website that i had visited they r saying that u has to send sponsorship.but ur saying it will make there case week how?

Because it suggests they can not support themselves, like the vast vast majority of tourists would.
