Can someone tell me how many years of US Tax Returns the Manila Consulant requires for the K1/K2 Visa, and is the I-134 Affidavit of Support Form the only one require for Financial proof. My Fiance(e) has mentioned a I-827 form that might be required, but I cannot find where it is required. She is bringing 2 children, with her that are listed on her I-134 Form, but I have also heard that the children each need a I-134 form filled out on them. Any help will be very much appreciated....Mike

3 years of tax return would be good enough.it's better to be prepared.let her check the embassy's website on what documents she'll prepare.

 In addition you need 3 years of tax transcript from the IRS. It is free and you can order it online or by phone and it comes in a few days. Here is the link for the transcript http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=232168,00.html
