Okay, just to clarify here...The IV Packet is also called the 3 Packet, which is the packet that contains the DS-230 and supporting documents, correct? If so, they could have made that clearer (especially as there is also a "Packet 4", perhaps proof that the US school system needs to do a better job teaching roman numerals [yes, I know "IV" stands for "Immigrant Visa," but come on...]).

This packet will include (Electronic Processing for Guangzhou):

-Bar-coded Cover Sheet

-Copy of Bill Paid

-The Guangzhou Packet 3 Supplemental Information Sheet

-DS-230 Parts I and II

-Passport photo

-Copy of beneficiary's passport bio page

-Birth Certificate White book

-Marriage Certificate White book

-No Criminal record white book

Then, I can include additional evidence without any problems?

Also, should I include a color scan of our original marriage certificate? The white book includes photocopies but they're in black and white.

Thanks to any China hands, I want to be ready to go when they finally get the billing website working again...

-The Guangzhou Packet 3 Supplemental Information Sheet

Hey Ryan, thanks for the response. Somewhere (in the NVC electronic processing guide?) someone suggested printing the receipt from the payment to pdf and including it in the packet. I assume they'd know whether it was paid or not, but I figured what the hell.

There's also a link to a file called the "The Guangzhou Packet 3 Supplemental Information Sheet" in the NVC EP wiki (also mentioned in a post below). I'm a little unclear on what it goes with, is it this packet?

Thanks again.

I see now and I will say to print the receipt from the payment to the pdf and including it with the package is tantamount to including a piece of fluff. You don't need it, once the payment portal indicates PAID, you are good to go.

I just saw that I had overlooked putting one of these:  below the "-The Guangzhou Packet 3 Supplemental Information Sheet" item. That sheet is included with the DS-230 package that you will email.
