Fiance in UK can I get the packets to me?

How do I make sure that all the packets come to me in the US? I prefer to receive everything first so that I can fill it out for my fiance and then send it to him. Do I put his address as my US one? Can I do that even though he does not live or reside in the US?

No you can't put your address as his address, put his UK address. The packets are typically emailed so you can just get him to forward the email to you... that is if he gets it. My US fiance received the Packet 3 email and then forwarded it to me. Plus the forms are usually available online (for Australia for example they are ALL online) so you should just be able to fill them in from the forms online rather than waiting for P3.

The "packets" just say what paperwork you have to do next, and you just go online and print those papers off. So you aren't missing anything by not getting the packets here in the US.

London is different from the Australian example provided above.

Here's a good link for you http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/page__view__findpost__p__5137390

The problem is, those embassy forms can not be saved with the data you enter. They have to be filled out in one go and printed. So you won't be able to fill them in and email him the saved file to print and sign (where needed). You can print them and snail mail with your I-134 and supporting documents.
