On a CR1 going through Lagos,is it necessary to have the entire 3 part Hepatitis series done before the interview or would 1 or 2 be sufficient?

What actually are the must haves for spousal Visas?

My baby had no proof or knowledge of him having any past shots so he went in needing ALL shots and he only went the first trip to the Dr. and got like 3 injections (2 in 1 arm and 1 in the other). He only went back the second day to pick up the results from everyting. no other shots where said to be needed at the interview. guess they can get those here in the U.S.????

OHHH, and I dont think it matters what type of visa a person is coming in on, think EVERYONE has the same requirements.

DANG NIGERIA!! they LOST his birth cert copy he gave to them and his police report and called him yesterday to tell him to go get a new one and bring it back!! this junk that happens in NIGERIA!!! cant wait til we r done with them!!!! we dont even know when he will be picking up his visa now.... :(:(:(

After ur fiance got a new birth cert, did he give them a copy or the original? How much does it cost to get the birth cert and police report? Can u get the birth cert the same day?
