Should my joint sponsor fill out #24 b even though she is above the poverty line?

My joint sponsor is above the poverty line, and do not need her husband's income to get over the poverty line. Should my joint sponsor add his name to line 24 b with his income? Or can my joint sponsor just put N/A?

Thank you in advance :)

No, the instructions for I-864 on page 7 under Question 24 say "If this amount is greater than 125 percent (or 100 percent if you are on active duty in the U.S. military and sponsoring your spouse or child) of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for your household size from line 21h, you do not need to include any household member's income."

Keep in mind that the sponsor will need enough of her own income for herself, her husband, any other dependents, and the intending immigrant (the "household size" on question 21h), even if her spouse's income is not counted toward the poverty guidelines.

If you want to include the spouse's income and list it on Question 24(b), you have to have him sign I-864A.
