How the hell do I make an appointment? I've called 7 times with no answer. I left a message and they called me back and left a voicemail in which they only provided their phone number. I called back like 2 minutes later and still no answer. Do they have the busiest phone in the city, or am I missing something?

Your supposed to leave a msg with the date you want and they call you back apparently. Which never worked for me so i gave up and made my appointment for medisys in Montreal way easier they actually answer the phone and book your appointment right away for soonest possible appointment.

Many people recently have had better luck booking through email - I can't say whether they were then called back or they just asked for the first available or suggested a day.

Email is definitely the way to go. I emailed with a couple of dates that would work for my appointment and they emailed back same day or next morning with the booking. Easy peasy. Try the email.

The K-1 Visa journey for myself and my two K-2 children:

K-1: NOA1 2011-8-10; NOA2 2012-1-12; Interview 2012-4-24; Visa issued 2012-9-17; POE (Sarnia) 2012-9-26; Wedding! 2012-10-02
AOS: NOA1 2012-11-20; Biometrics 2012-12-14; AP/EAD approved 2013-1-11; Interview 2013-1-31; 2-yr Green cards in hand 2013-2-9 (101 days total)

ROC: NOA1 11-7-14; Biometrics 12-1-14; 10-yr Green cards ordered 4-13-15! (157 days total)

Yesterday @ 9am I called and left a message with my phone number, and the doctor's office called me back before 2pm.

I left my cell phone number on my message, so there was no chance I'd miss when they called back. Had no problems at all.
