I am currently applling for VAWA against my wife. We got married half a year ago.

And I wonder if is enough of evidences that I have to prove faith marriage. So I have got:

-marriage certificate

-lease with both our names on it and rent receipts

-two kinds of utility bills with both our names on it

-wedding pictures and wedding invitations

-pictures of us before and after marriage from 5 events

-her new passport showing she took my last name

It can be counted as evidence of marriage in good faith. VAWA - NO.

On what grounds are you filing VAWA against your wife?

USCIS VAWA Requirements

Check out the link and information on the USCIS website. It says everything there. As far as the decision as to whether the marriage was in good faith....that's for them to decide. I'm sure they will take into account all of the evidence you have as well as their evaluation of your character and make the best deciison based on that. But I think in these cases, it is on an individual basis so there is not a normal result that will always occur.

Do you have evidence of your relationship prior to your marriage? Evidence of a legitimate, long-term relationship will also help show you entered into your marriage in good faith.
