The K3 is pretty much obsolete. You will probably be put on the IR1/CR1 route.

What Cathy was saying is that you won't get a K3 visa, thus no K3 interview. If you file the I-129, all that will happen is that your petition gets delayed a bit whilte the I-129 and I-130 are joined up, then at NVC stage the I-129 will be administratively closed and you end up with a CR-1 anyway.

Is there a particular reason you want a K3 as opposed to a CR-1?

Most question for K3 is all about you and your spouse.Like when did you meet him/her,where and how.How long youre relationship was.I got 4question from the consul and thats it,.He said im approve..Goodluck..Always smile and be confident..
