Interview-Costa Rica

Hi Everyone! My fiance and I have our interview coming up on the 24th of April! I have a couple questions/doubts.

#1. I read on one of the reviews that proof of citizenship (copy of birth cerrtificate or passport) was needed for the co-sponsor at the time of interview...I don't recall reading that in any of the instructions though...does anyone have experience with that?

#2. As far as statements from the bank, I had my bank manager fill out a letter with all of the info required...are actaul monthly statements needed as well if all the info is in my letter...I heard it wasn't as I am including my pay stubs with the letter.

#3. Also, maybe just get a few opinions...For the I-134 and tax forms they only asked for 2010, however I have had my 2011's done and filled in the info with my 2011 income as it states "most recent," however, next to most recent it has written in ink 2010. I thought that they would prefer the 2011 but I want to follow everything perfectly! Am I just overthinking everything?

#4. Lastly, when my fiance was called to pick up his packet he was asked if his daughter would be joining us and he said no. The woman said ok, then I will erase her from the system. On the DS-156K I believe, it asks for child's birth certificate but I think it is only if she is accompanying us...is this correct, as she has already been "erased?"

If anyone has any advice, especially for the Costa Rican embassy, I would love to hear it!! I made duplicates of everything, but I was curious if anyone could tell me what they actually took at their interview.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY RESPONSES!!
