Payment for Derivative Beneficiary

Hello peeps,

I just want to ask if there is Visa Processing Fee for Derivative Beneficiary? Our case was already transferred to Manila US Embassy, while it is there and waiting for our case to be current I gave birth, by the way we are under F2A. I contacted US Embassy and reports about the new born baby, they ask me to send copy of my son's birth certificate, and they said he was already registered as derivative beneficiary under my account. Now my question is do I need to pay for Visa Processing Fee for him during the Interview? Is yes, how much?
