I-864 current for expires in a week???

We are filing tomorrow so I just need one last confirmation. Even though it sayd it expires in about a week, there is no new I-864. Can we still use this? 99% of my income is derived from self employed so we cannot use the new I-864EZ.

I don't want to get rejected for using an out of date form.

I highly doubt that they will start rejecting ALL I-864 forms just because of a date that they put on the website, they have been accepting versions of that form all the way back to editions from before 2000.

Dont let that date worry you. Just file the form.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
