95% of vietnam is this way. they would rather be drinking cafe or smoking then serving you.

Proof? What part of 95% of Vietnam (by the way, respect your birth country, Capitalized it) is bad from your quote is "bad", the people? Then why bother keep coming back to visit the country and its people?

I think you left out some important parts of that equation "The cheap money those people get paid in return for their service". You get what you paid for.

Lots of folks come back to VN for dental services and when they come back to the States, they eventually realize the "real" products that they've got. The service is cheap for a reason. Hopefully the potential consumers should have figured that one out on their own.

The customer service with Jetstar is pretty bad. I paid a little more with Vietnam Airline and was satisfied with it. In any case, I won't be flying Jestar again.

Why did you pick/choose Jetstar in the first place? Because of its competitive (fancy word for "cheap") price? Then what are you complaining about?

i said the cs is bad...but yea probably a large portion of the population is also "bad" (the retail sector). living condition is so poor people try to get over on you all the time. good luck going to a market where there are no set prices.

"dai gia"--don't be reading the usa-printed viet newspaper everyday for news then come on here and pretend like you know what the "real" vietnam is like. save me your rants.

Another wacky thing they do is at the Hue airport in Phu Bai. They park the plane literally 50 ft. from the terminal, but if it's raining then they make you wait on the plane so you can board a bus to take you to the terminal. Seriously, you can WALK faster than it takes to load up that bus. This isn't limited to Vietnam Airlines. They do the same with Jetstar flights.

I did it on a beautiful sunny day at Katowice airport, Poland

I know enough to CAPITALIZE the country's name "Vietnam". But again, looking at your name/nick, "quann", I now understand how limited your knowledge is. You don't care to capitalize your own name. Are you even sure you're mature enough to be married? Often only kids don't know how to address their names properly.
