IV application fee

I paid for and sent my I-864 on April 4. I still have not been able to pay the application fee on the NVC site, they said it is because as of yesterday April 13 they are lowering the fees. Is anyone else in this predicament? Has anyone been able pay the fee since yesterday?

Yes, as of the last week or so, NVC has held all IV invoices and put them on hold until the new lower fee, implemented yesterday. They were supposed to be released on Friday, but it seems like they had a few errors and are expecting everyone's invoices to be available early next week. If you come over to the NVC April thread, you'll see many others in the same boat as you that are waiting as well.
