ALL USC must file income tax regardless of income and place of residence. If the USc had no income she needs to file and report income as zero. The USC must go thru the steps and process of filing their income taxes every year until death.

Agree. But as far as the I-864 goes, she can get current paystubs, employer letters, and other proof of income.

Yes, she can get these documents, but the embassy can choose to request for more solid proof of income a indept work history establish, since the 864 is a binding legal agreement betwen the sponsor and the government. It would serve in the OP best intrest to get a co-sponsor.

I dont think if 3 months job period is enough for I-864 support. They are very strict with all this. Can you find a co-sponsor?

Thanks ,I was unable to find a co-sponser, we have relatives however no one is ready to sponser.

I understand, but please note, Mumbai Consulate is very strict with I-864. To be safe side, they may require the co-sponsor. I already have deal with them.
