Arrived with my fiance on april 11 at LAX poe and after few brief questions, the Immigration officer took the yellow envlope and the medical CD(the doctor give us cd, no paperwork), and kept both of them. When my fiance go for her medical exam I-693 form, will she need any proof that she did her medical back home or will the doctor know what tests to do or what shots to give? Right now we only have her passport with the white entry paper stamped inside her passprot and no medical report. Should we have kept the medical cd with us or do they take that at the airport along with the yellow envlope. Thanks for your help

She needs the copy of the vaccination paperwork that she should have asked for at the immigration medical. They need this to give her the vaccination transcription for the 693. That is the only reason to see the civil surgeon in America unless you have a case of TB or are told you have to be tested for or treated for TB once you arrive in the USA.
