Hello fellow VJ followers my husband scan and email me his W2, AOS, Income Tax Return are these all valid or do i need everything in original forms on my interview day? Please enlightened me...

The originals of AOS, W2, etc. are to be submitted to NVC. You can have the scanned copy with you. Won't be an issue.

K1 visa is a little different process as the bulk of the original documents are presented and validated at the consulate,,, whereas the CR1/IR1

process requires most of the original documents to be sent and validated during the NVC processing.

Exactly. For K1, originals at interview. For CR1 and IR1, originals to NVC.

During my interview last March 5, the consul ask the original..

That's cos yours was a K1 visa. For IR-1/CR-1, the originals are sent to NVC.
