Please, please. please..... someone who sent back Packet 3 in Aug or Sept post something that they have received an interview date. The unknown is driving me crazy!!! At least those from OCt will have an idea of where we stand! Sheeesh....

Posted before, but I'll post again. Pkg 3 received in Montreal on August 15, I have an interview date of November 22. I found out when I phoned for the status on October 6, and got Pkg 4 on October 11.

I know it's tough waiting. I hated waiting for the date, and not knowing. But remember, everyone who is still waiting...it will come. And I hope it's speedy for you all.

I waited almost 2 months before I got an interview date, and it's 3.5 months from when I sent back Pkg 3 (with no other circumstances to expedite ie: children turning a certain age, etc.).

Again, this is not out of the norm for Montreal as they state to us all when they sent Pkg. 3 (2-4 months). I expected to wait up to 4 months to have the interview, but I prayed every day that it would be sooner.

Here's hoping you all hear something soon :)

05/30/07 - Case Pending at CSC

I read another thread and "Darkchild80" sent their packet 3 on Sept 6 and has an interview for Nov 20. I don't know how they decide who goes when but good for that person!

Oct 2, 2006- Received Packet 3 from MTL!

Oct 11, 2006 - Mailed back Packet 3 to MTL

Oct 19, 2006 - MTL received Packet 3

Nov 15, 2006 - Medical appointment in Ottawa

Dec 22, 2006 - Received Packet #4

Jan 25, 2007 - Interview date @ 14h30

Jan 4th 2007- Phoned MTL Consulate to reschedule interview for late April due to Navy deployment

No he will wait and come up to help me with moving, like the end of November or beginning of December so I will be all alone. I will be the panic stricken one alone :lol:

Thanks for the good thoughts from everyone, I can only say that it is good news for us all and hopefully more of us will be posting today or early next week (I haven't recieved the letter yet) when hopefully more letters will be out.
