My wife is here on a K3 visa. The I-130 has been approved (noa2). If I alow the I-130 to continue and don't file for AOS will that give her a green card? The only difference would be that she would have her interview abroad?? Is AOS faster than waiting for the I-130 interview?

Am I right??? or way of base.

thanks,

Chris

Chris,

You are on the right track. It won't be and "I-130 interview", it will be an immigrant visa interview, and when she enters the country using the visa she will become a PR on entry.

Don't know if the immigrant visa or adjustment of status would be faster.
