In case anyone needs this. When I called, the 805-0091 number, was told that the correct extension is 2420, but Packet 3/4 is different.

2013-07-05 (11:45AM): AOS Approved. NO RFE. NO Interview.

2013-07-11: Green Card mailed.

2013-07-12: Received I-797, NOA, Welcome to the USA

2013-07-15: Green Card received.

2016-04-06: Earliest Accepted ROC Filing Date

I see that you scheduled your interview the day before ours. Ours is 6-7-12. WE schedule the exams for Friday June 1st with the doctor.

My wife had her appt. yesterday with Dr. Dennis, he was very professional and thorough. My wife didn't have her vaccination record, he asked her to get 2 shots, TD and Triple V. Both applied on the shoulder (130,000COP).

06/06/2012: Sent I-130 to VSC (as LPR)

06/08/2012: NOA1 (Priority Date)

06/12/2012: Touched

08/20/2012: Mailed VSC request for Upgrade to CR1

08/23/2012: Opened Request with USCIS for Upgrade to CR1

08/27/2012: Got Email confirming upgrade to IR1/CR1
