Hi vjs I wanna ask you something I got my appointement letter but on the appointement letter they spell my last name mohamed but in my passport its mohammed double m is there a problem with that?

I am wondering if it is a simple typo error? How is your name spelled on other documents? Is this a single occurrence or has it happened several times before? More details would be helpful. :help:

My birth cirtficate is the same as my passport its double m

Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear enough. How is it spelled on other documents provided by USCIS, for example, I-797c (NOA1) and I-797 (NOA2)?

BTW, :time: It makes it easier to understand and answer your question.

If it has happened only once, consider it a typo error. If it is consistent error, you should have contacted the appropriate agency at that time to correct the misspelling
