Hello VJ'rs,

There is a lot of conflicting info. on USCIS websites regarding signature on N400. The latest instructions are asking us to sign our full name without using initials. What did you guys do?

Timusa

I signed with a shortened version of my name, which is the signature that I use for everything. I hope that is ok with them!

Can;t imagine what other signature you would sign otehr then the one you use everyday, lets say on checks.

If you normally sign JJ Smith do so...not sure they care whether you sign John Jacob Smith or just JJ Smith.

My wife signed with initials as she always does, and it was not an issue.

You would think that wouldn't you? The DMV didn't agree and made me sign using my full name

I've always signed USCIS forms with my normal signature, I would assume you need to stick with whatever signature you have used previously?
