Hey,

I have asked about changing address here before, and I got some great advice (Vanessa&Tony and many others :thumbs: ).

I think the advice I got was basically send away the AOS, then, once you get your NOA1 do an Online 'Change of Address'.

BUT, I was thinking about this... if we did it that way, then would we get a RFE because my spouse would have a different current address from the one we put on our AOS forms?

Confused!

No you wouldn't get an RFE for this. You do an online change as well as phone them because you have a case in progress.

No you wouldn't get an RFE for this. You do an online change as well as phone them because you have a case in progress.

So you think send the AOS away with our OLD address, get NOA1, then file a Change of Address for the NEW address?

The old address is on everything we ever sent USCIS. It's on all her paystubs, her taxes, etc.

I had my change of address online right after my biometrics done and do it while your AOS is pending. It worked to me. Goodluck!

THe advise you got before was right. Upon sending out AOS, then file for change of address. You won't get an RFE for that.
