Waiting for London Packet 3 (K3)

Hello Everyone!

We're waiting for our Packet 3 to arrive. We were told on 9/26 that our case was to be sent to the London Visa Unit 'within a week'.

Does anyone have a copy of the coverletter and check list for Packet 3, or alternatively a list of exactly what is contained in it for London?

Right now I'm working on getting the completed DS230 & DS156 back to my wife - to send back immediately.

Is there anything else required immediately? She has sent off for the Police Cert (Subject Access) and has been to the Doctor for a Vaccination history.

There is definitive info on the NVC site pertaining to the IR/CR1, but not the K3....

But still, there are questions - when I134 is needed, what to send back immediately, evidence of relationship items.

Thats why a copy of the checklist was requested.

I'd like a little graphic with a sign that says 'Please read people's entire message before replying'.

If you go onto the site www.usembassy.org.uk then go to the forms section, you will see a form number DS2001...click on that and it should help you to get together what you need for the interview...in packet 3 you will find the checklist, forms DS230,DS156,DS156K and info on getting a police report etc...can`t remember anything else that was in there...its great to have the forms ready then you can just send back the packet as soon as you get it...good luck

I read your post, did you read the embassy page? There's a checklist (of everything on the checklist) on there.

Packet 3 Contains:

DS-230-I Part I

DS-156 x2 (Full out online to generate barcode http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/...electronic.html - Add photo to each, do not sign)

DS-156K (Do not sign)

DS-157 (Male only)

IV-15 Checklist

DS-156...they add the photos at the Embassy. You don't do them yourself.
