Alien number = A number 9 digit number that should be written on the I-94. Can also be found on the 1st and/or 2nd notice of action from the K-1 petition. If shown as only 8 digits just add a zero in front. i.e. A 12 345 678 A 012 345 678

I-94 number 11 digit number found near the top of the I-94 123456789 12

Nonimmigrant visa number is the red number in the lower right part of the visa.

Hello,

You need to apply for the AOS whithin the 90 day limit of getting into the US and together with it the AP and the EAD applications needs to be attached in order to work and travel out of the US while your AOS application is pending.

Gina make sure Hicham brings his vaccination record and also a copy of his birth certificate with a translation and that will make things easier and faster when you file. We just sent in our AOS stuff and I would be happy to help you if you need it but I can't say we did everything right although I hope we did!

Good luck!

You do not have to file within the 90 days you only have to have married within the 90 days.....
