It's been almost 4 months since i filed K1 visa petition for my fiance and till now we're still waiting on our NOA2. What should i do if it's past 4 months already?

Continue waiting. If it goes past six months, then be concerned. According to your timeline estimate: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 3, 2012 and May 15, 2012*.

Yeah, 4 months is still too early to be concerned. Sometimes cases are approved within that time frame, but they are mostly special cases (expedited). As previously mentioned, I would inquire your case's status after 6 months.

if u reach 5months maybe consider calling your senator or congress person..

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

Mine was 5 months on the dot, sending to Texas then forwarded to VT.

At 4 months in, I would (did) have:

-CORRECT birth certs (they can take 3-5 months to fix)

-mucho documentation (emails, chat logs, etc.)

-organize any payments you have sent so less to do at last minute

-can go ahead and get visa pics (they are supposed to be <2 months at time of interview, but unless there's a drastic change, like haircut...why not?)

-complete the DS forms as much as possible...you will probably revise and re-revise, but by the time you need them you will be VERY familiar

-research all other document steps for your finance/fiancée: CENOMAR, Fil AND Foreign police clearances, and CFO (seminar, then sticker after visa arrives)

-obtain official certified copies of divorce decree (if applicable...and you were supposed to do this at the petition stage, but...never hurts to have an extra or two)

-fiancé/fiancée passport (you may have to go to Manila at this point to ensure you have it in time)

-research consent/advice to marry (may not be required for US, but CFO MAY require it...better to just get it)

We have our interview next week (I'm joining if N Korea doesn't mess up my travel plans), and the biggest headache in all of this for us was the medical...so far. I'm also petitioning my fiancées daughter, and it has been a challenge to get through the medical over the past week, due to the Holy Week closings.

Second biggest headache was the CFO seminar, but that's just because we followed the web site's instructions and just brought the documents they called out...the "other documents as requested" was the kicker and resulted in a 3 hour rush to get back to the hotel, get documents and get copies. My advice would be to bring most everything you have planned for the visa interview to the CFO for the seminar in case they ask for a copy.
