try posting in the dominican republic portal. I think your interview will be in the Dominican Embassy..Im not sure if this is right...but you have to call NVC and find your interview date.

My case been complete since march 14th but i call tirelessly still to no available dated for april or may geez is haiti embassy that busy? this is crazy. is anybody in the same boat?

My Case is completed march 30th i call everyday too no interview date for May. My wife is pregnant and on High risk pregnancy.

11/07/2011-----I-130 Sent

11/10/2011---- NOA1 email received

11/14/2011---- Touched

1/4/2012 ------ RFE ( Request for Evidence ) email received

1/13/2012------ RFE document mailed to USCIS

1/25/2012------ NOA2 APPROVED ( Yahoooooooo )

NVC Stage

1/31/2012-------Case received at NVC

2/08/2012------- Case number received, IIN, both petitionner and benificiary email given

2/08/2012------- DS 3032 ( choice of agent ) emailed to NVC

2/10/2012------- AOS fee bill paid ( status: in progress)

2/13/2012--------DS 3032 accepted

2/14/2012-------- AOS fee bill shows " PAID" and IV fee bill invoiced

2/16/2012-------- IV fee bill shows " PAID"

I called NVC today they told me to call them after the 15th of this month... this is really frustrating

I called too they told me the same thing. I call everyday. I will give them a break and call next week.

so, you guys think that all of those humanitarian visas that are in the pipe have clogged up the calendar, or no?

heyyyy, como esta hoy? i call them but the lady was very rude she would not let me ask anymore questions. lol i simply said ok and hang up!

that's terrible i mean those haiti have that much high traffic that they cant schedule a date geez louis. RUJBY i think you might have to make a early trip haiti i was thinking of doing that but i'm going to brazil soon so i need to save a bit.

Guys i think we have to show them no mercy when were calling call twice aday to see if the situation change and try calling or emailing the embassy in port au prince to see if they can work a earlier date for interview in some case they might.

I am the beneficiary, i am living in Haiti. My wife is the USC petitionner and she lives in the US. i just call them a short time ago and i was been told that there is no May interview and that they are waiting for embassy result regarding the expedite request that my wife made. So we are waiting for the embassy final decision
