Same question...

I have sent only one PCC from Regional Passport office(passport's address)...I have lived for four years in an other place in india itself and I did not submit that area's PCC (from Local policae station) to NVC IV package along with the civil documents...will it be any problem?

DS230 package sent on April 4th 2012...

Getting a PCC from PSK is all that is required. Please check the following link to see if there's a PSK in your city. http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink

It's very clearly given on the consulate's website that what you require is a PCC from the local passport office, which is what PSK is all about. Just so that you do not have any further doubts in this regard, I'd like to let you know that's exactly what is mentioned in my interview letter too, i.e., passport office police clearance.
