Urgent Help - Does this email mean Pink is coming?

Thanks everyone.

I'll be sure to get extra copy of vaccinations.

She submitted the police report and medical exam on Friday. They took them and also took her passport. They returned some pictures, timeline and other stuff. They kept two or three photos out of many photos that I submitted when I originally filed back in June 2010.

She paid for the EMS service and they told her that the VISA will be deliver in two weeks. Instead of a typical "pink" paper like most people received. She received a white paper stated that "...your VISA application was approved...do not make travel arrangement until you receive your visa..."

I'm very happy! It has been exactly 11 months since her interview!!!

05/17/2013.....I-465 & I-765 sent USPS priority mail + K2 package

05/24/2013......Email, Text of Receiving package on 5/20

05/28/2013.......Check cashed for K1 nothing for K2 yet

06/01/2013......Hard Copy of NOA1 received: I-465 and _I-765 Application for employment

06/02/2013.......rfe on K2 Missed a signiture

06/13/2013.......Email, Text of Receiving package after K2 rfe

06/??/2013...... Bio-metric hard-copy.

06/24/2013...... Bio-metric hard-copy.for k2

06/25/2013........Biometrics complete for k-1 and k-2 12:00 appiontment took longer getting through security.

07/09/2013.........Interview & Scheduling (Status Changed)

07/15/2013.........Interview aug 14 no cards yet.

07/19/2013......On July 19, 2013 we ordered production of your new card.i765 \ July 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131

07/30/2013 ......Recieved EAD in mail. nothing else.

08/08/2013 ......Recieved k2 interview for sept 6........what? he is 8.

09/10/2013 ......On September 10, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

The wait is finally over, big congrats!!!!

K-1 Visa

I-129F application received at USCIS: November 30, 2010

I-129F approved: March 28, 2011

Packet 3 Received: April 11, 2011

Packet 3 forms submitted to Consulate: May 4, 2011

Packet 4 received: June 16th, 2011

Interview date: July 25, 2011 (Pink!)

Pick up Visa: August 1, 2011

POE: August 5th, 2001 (Woot!)

We received VISA yesterday, delivered to my fiancee's address via EMS. I will come back and we will travel together to the US. :D

INTERVIEWED May 21, 2011 --> RE: Additional documents

5th visit, both of us went in to submit additional documents on June 16, 2011---> Result AP.

6th visit, I went to the Consulate on December 28, 2011

Got back to the US and asked Congressman for help.

March 10, Asked Senators for help.

March 27, 2012 DoS status indicated an expedite on my case after Senators inquiry

End of March, Phone call from Consulate at 11:30PM.

April 13 (or so) received letter asked to update medical and police report

Received VISA April 28, 2012

big congrats...when u coming back?

my one big regret was not able to accompany the family from vietnam to the us. the long flight would've been enjoyable for once.

I bought the ticket in the US via Asian travel agents (http://uttours.com/). I usually fly with EVA and going from Seattle is $1400 round trip leaving on May 31st. They told me that I can get it around $1200 if I fly before May 20th. After May 20th, it's Summer price. My friend is also going back but in June and his ticket is $1700. One way for my fiancee is 920 on EVA website, but I have to wait 2 more weeks for the travel agent to give me an on sale price because we are coming back 3rd week of June. Too early for it to go on sale, but we already reserved my fiancee a spot and I don't know how they did that.

Congrats on the visa. I knew you could do it. Anyways it may be too late now but if u want to save money, you can let ur fiance fly alone to the US. Thu booked her airplane ticket with IOM and she paid like 900... but that was last month. Maybe prices are higher now because summer is almost here. Anyways, IOM is good because they provide travel assistance at every connecting flight and also at immigration checkpoints. Anyways good luck.

Feb 03, 2012: U.S. Consulate Investigators call Thu's residence. Spoke to Thu and Thu's parents
Feb 27, 2012: Received email from the U.S. Consulate that our case is finished processing. Requested to submit updated Police & Medical papers.
Mar 06, 2012: Submitted updated Police & Medical papers.
Mar 21, 2012: Received K1 Visa
Apr 07, 2012: Point of Entry @ LAX

Adjustment of Status Stage
Apr 23, 2012: Got married!
Apr 30, 2012: Received Social Security Card

Sep 22, 2012: Received Employment Authorization Card...Still waiting for 2 yr GC

July 13, 2012: NOA received via email & text

July 16, 2012: Checked cashed

July 19, 2012: Received hard copy Form I-797C in the mail

July 21, 2012: Biometrics letter arrived by mail

July 31, 2012: AOS trransferred to CSC

Aug. 07, 2012: Biometrics completed
