Ok... so I thought I got everything I needed. I missed Question #16 asking for the name and address of the fiance, in their native alphabet, if the native country uses something other then roman letters.

Is this required for Thailand applications? I did not get her to do that because I was not finished filling it out. If I have ot I can get a local Thai to fill it in.

Thanks

Joe

Should write it in how it is printed on birth certificate.

It needs to be written in Thai language for question #16. And yes, it should be exactly the same as the name on the birth certificate. Good luck to you.
