My wife and I sent in the N400 application on 3/3/2012. Received follow up paperwork that everything was received a few days later. We checked case status that the Biometrics appointment letter was mailed on 3/21/12. Well, no letter. We called USCIS customer service on 4/4/12 and spoke to a representative who submitted an alert to the processing center. We went through a similar problem with the Biometrics appointment when we did the removal of conditions for permanent residence and once the alert was done we received the letter with 2 days. As of this post still no letter in the mail. We set up an Infopass for late next week. Any other suggestions or has anyone experienced something similar?

When you called them, did you verify that they have your correct address in their system? In my case, they sent my greencard to a wrong address and it took me almost three months to sort their mistake out

Hence, if you do not receive anything on time, always double-check with them your mailing address.
