Our interview was scheduled for 10:50am today. We arrived 20 mins early and got through security. We waited for about an hour before we were called The IO was very curt. Didn't really greet us or anything. Looked at our IDs and then asked for originals of our birth certificates etc. Then he asked for our supporting docs. Gave him copies of bank statements, pictures, doctor's letters insurance docs and ultrasound showing I am currently pregnant. He asked us when and where we met and about my schooling as I came on F1. Then he asked us to verify our parents names and started asking the yes/no questions about prostitution,etc. After that he told us that he was approving us as he saw no reason not to. He explained ROC and walked us out. So happy to take a break from the immigration issues and concentrate on my pregnancy. Thank much for Visa journey who made it possible for us to do this successfully without a lawyer.

08/2008- I moved here on a F1 Visa

10/12/08- My husband and I had our first date.

03/28/11- Our Wedding! smile.png

11/17/11- Our AOS packet finally mailed on my bday! smile.png

11/22/11- Our AOS packet received and signed for.

11/26/11- Email/text notifications for all petitions received

11/28/11- Checks Cashed

12/03/11- NOAs for all petitions received in the mail

12/16/11- RFE received

01/07/12- Biometrics appt received

01/31/12- Biometrics appt completed

02/02/12- RFE sent to uscis

02/06/12- RFE received by uscis

02/10/12- Sent tax return

02/13/12- Tax return received by USCIS

02/15/12- EAD and AP approved. Card production ordered.

02/24/12- Received Combo card in the mail

03/06/12-Notification on USCIS site that interview notice for 04/11 was sent

04/11/12- Interview (Approved on the spot)

04/19/12- Card Production ordered! smile.png

***Removal of Conditions Process***

01/27/14- ROC Packet mailed to USCIS

01/31/14- USPS shows packet was delivered

02/08/14- NOA 1 received, dated 02/03/14

02/14/14- Biometric letter received for 03/07/14

Day 0 - 03/31/2012 - Package (concurrent I-{130/AOS/AP/EAD} ) sent to Chicago with USPS
Day 1 - 04/02/2012 - Delivered!!!
Day 5 - 04/06/2012 - "Acceptance confirmation received for entire forms & routed to NBC" was sent via email.
Day 10 - 04/11/2012 - NOA for I-{130/AOS/AP/EAD} Received.
Day 15 - 04/16/2012 - NOA for Biometrics appointment Received. {Scheduled for 05/08/12}
Day 37 - 05/08/2012 - Biometrics app completed.
Day 44 - 05/15/2012 - Interview date schedule @ Dallas/Irving TX..
Day 54 - 05/25/2012 - EAD/AP production Notification.
Day 75 - 06/15/2012 - Interview'd with NO approval. 1 hr Post-interview: Received I-485/Card production email.
Day 78 - 06/18/2012 - 2nd emails {I-485/Decision/Register PR and I-130/Post-Decision} Received.
Day 81 - 06/21/2012 - Received {email of Card mailed out} and 2 Hardcopies {I-485 & I-131 approval}
Day 83 - 06/23/2012 - GC touched down. 10x Mailman.
