Just wnat say hello to some friends who was very nice and polit and gave some good advices,I will say I am so sorry for some who are here wihtout any experience how things work in immigration ,the only thing they like do is critic people.which mean they ahev already certain ida about them and judge them in person.when you go trough their profile or time line you figure out they did not do what they ask you do .I try find an answer to that ,anyway .i am happy back on here.So who know me on here and they do not like how i talk i do not care for you ,i'm so sorry drives you not i feel with me you say your self very good and how mean you are and how ignoranat you.Im not here for fighting or be deffencif just let them know they are not welcome in My topics .& who critic otehr guys and accuse of bad things ,i will tell them i do not think you are married to Angel too lol Like i say Always we will see who will laugh at the End ,I say Also Good luck to anyone who really love their husband and wife ,be strong and do nto care for anyone who try put you down the onnly one you have to care about is the person who is with you.

Did you get married and now send an I-130 1 month after your denial?

Have you figured out how to overcome the reasons for your first denial?

We all believe your first fiance blacklisted you

How will you conquer this at your next interview

How did your busy fiance get the time to run to you and get married when she was only able to see you for 2 weeks in the last 2 years before?

I wish you the best of luck. I am afraid for you really I am. I think you filled again but never tried to fix what caused your denial the first time. You will have the same problems if you do not fix the problems

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your reply and thank you also that you always tried give me good advice ,sincery .we did not marry yet .we are still wait for uscis what will be their decission ,my fiancee contcated them they told her your petition was already approved thne they told her i know but my fiancee already had his interview and they returned his petiontion back to u thne she said we did not get anything yet now.so i'm waiting actauyl we are waiting what will happen.i figgured out some on their interview was denied coz they do not know their wife medeince stuff like that so i think you understand ..... :whistle:
