I filled out the D-260 online, do I still need to submit/bring D-230 at the interview? I read some posts yesterday, apparently Montreal is a bit behind and they'll still ask you for D-230.

My husband and I are also only a couple of hours away, I can't keep track of all the visits. But I'll prepare a list as well.

You will need to report all of your visits, They will ask you during the interview when your previous visits were. Furthermore, if you file ANYTHING online be sure to bring a hardcopy of it to your visa interview. When I did my interview in Montreal the consulate officer brought my file to the counter and it was empty. I was then asked if I filed online and after stating that I had, was told that my file was empty and I would have to re-book my interview. Thankfully I brought all of my paperwork from every stage of filing and was able to provide all documentation. Hope this helps!
