Hi guys, I'm new here, Just want to ask few questions about the payment for AOS.

1. We're filling for me and my son regarding the payment should we write just 1 check? does that include the biometrics fee too? my son is 5 years old.

2. is it $1705 in all?

3. Do we need to send bank statement?

4. Does my husband need to send a G-325A and 2 photo i.d. too?

5. Where will we send the packet? bit confused..

6. about the I-765( Employment Authorization)is it still possible to apply for SSN even the I-94 already expired for 3 years?

Thank you so much guys..God bless you all.

1. I believe you can send just one check, though I have seen people state they sent separate ones, 1 for $1070 and 1 for $635. Either way should be ok.

3. Your husband needs to fill out the I-864 and provide a tax transcript for the most recent tax year, a letter from his employer stating position and salary, plus a few months worth of his most recent pay stubs.

4. Your husband is not filing for AOS, so no, he does not need to fill out anything other than the I-864.

5. It states where to file in the I-485 instructions, the Chicago lockbox

6. You will not be able to get your SSN until you have your EAD or green card.
