Hi everyone!! :D

I have a question and I would like to know if you guys could help me. :help:

In January my husband and I sent my papers for my AOS and for my EAD. In February I received a RFE and I sent what they asked for!! in the same letter (RFE) they told me that they transferred my AOS to California office. On March 23rd I went to my appointment for the biometrics. Last week I got my EAD. My question is, when does the approximate time for the green card to arrive start... When I sent all the papers (AOS) in January? when I answered the RFE in Febrary or when i went to my appointment for the biometrics?

I hope you guys can help me and thanks a a lot for all the help so far! (L):D

Basically it starts at the receipt (NOA1) date. Then you subtract the time the RFE was pending. So if you applied 90 days ago and the RFE was pending for 30 days you're only 60 days in.
