Is there a K3 checklist for the London Embassy?

Ive had a quick look on here but was just wondering if anyone knew if there was a K3 checklist of everything we should have to bring to the embassy with us.

Just so I have something to double check against and something my husband has to make sure he brings everything with him when he comes.

I-130 Process

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

POE - Boston - 10-25-06

AOS Process

Sent AOS - 01/09/07

NOA arrived in the mail - 01/22/07

Biometrics Appointment - 02/02/07

Recieved EAD card - 04/02/07

Applied for SSN - 04/06/07

I agree that checking the guides is very useful. However, please be aware that each embassy can also have its own requirements. I know the Bangkok embassy posts the K1/K3 lists on its website.

You may want to check the website for your embassy/consulate.

6/14/06 - I-129f packet ready to send

6/15/06 - Decided to delay sending and use new form when available

6/28/06 - Finally mailed to Nebraska Service Center

7/20/06 - NOA1

9/20/06 - Touched for the very first time

9/21/06 - Email NOA2 wooohhooo faster than we had hoped for

9/25/06 - Snail Mail NOA2

9/25/06 - Received at NVC, verified with phone call

9/27/06 - Sent to embassy in Bangkok! Hoping my love will be here for the holidays!!!

9/30/06 - Arrived at embassy and waiting for packet 3

10/24/06 - Finally recieved packet 3

11/22/06 - Packet 3 sent to BKK embassy

11/24/06 - Embassy received packet 3

01/08/07 - Received packet 4 from BKK embassy

01/29/07 - Embassy Interview

01/30/07 - VISA in hand!!

02/05/07 - Returning to states with POE @ SFO

04/05/07 - Filed AOS

04/13/07 - NOA for I-485

06/15/07 - Biometrics

03/25/08 - Interview Date

04/04/08 - GC Received

Hi CapeG,

I wrote down everything they wanted when I got packet three, because you know as well as I do that we have to send the checklist back...

This is what I've written down, you're K3 so you will also need the marriage certificate and name change documents if applicable.

Passport

Birth Certificate

Police Certificate

2 Colour 2" x 2" photos

I134 + Evidence of support

Evidence of ongoing relationship.

The NOA2 is NOT needed, but I know lots of people take them anyway. It is needed for the AOS though!

Hope this helps, and hope you have everything ready! Interviews next week for both of us!!
