Need help in understanding if our transfer of AOS from Atlanta to CSC is a good thing or bad? I read that such a transfer usually means that the interview will not be required? Could this be true? Since the transfer we have received a RFE, completed and returned, and another biometrics request, completed on Jan. 20, 2006. Anyone got any ideas about what is going on??? GOOD or BAD

June 29, 2009 Notice receipt date and priority date

June 25, 2009 Filed for naturalization

April 30, 2008 Filed for John's dual citizenship

April 24, 2008 JOHN BORN

Dec. 18, 2007 Completed first semester, an 'A' average

Sept. 21, 2007 Doctor reported, "your wife is two months with child"

Aug. 22, 2007 rose starts college

May 09, 2007 rose receives license to drive and drives us home.

Jan. 24, 2007 returned to Alabama

Dec. 28, 2007 remarried in Philippines, I promised her a Filipino wedding

Nov. 27, 2006 returned to Philippines

Aug. 01, 2006 rose receives P.G.C., no interviews here, no conditional card

July 25, 2006 received email - Approval

My papers was also transferred to Californian Center, and I also got an RFE. Of course I and my husband was down and dissaponted . But we just pray and had faith as well as comply with the RFE requirements. After submitting our RFE papers to them we got approved and we didn't have an interview.

Mine has also been transfered to CSC on the 24th!!

Woo Hoo.

Feb 2005 - APPROVED for K1 Visa

June - 2005 - Moved to the USA =)

Apr - 2006 - APPROVED AOS Without Interview!!

Feb - 2008 - REMOVAL of conditions!!!!!

02/20/2008 - Package was sent to TSC.

02/25/2008 - Package confirmed received at TSC.

Oh how I wish people would fill in there timelines so others can compare to the waiting times. :yes:

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

We were transferred to CSC on Feb 9th and were approved without interview on Feb. 22nd, so I think you should be happy you were transferred.

Be glad! Most people get approved without an interview when they get transferred to CSC. It's a way to speed people along without the backlog.
