All he needs to do is go to the embassy tomorrow morning at 7.30am, make sure he take the letter along with him and if its an email, he should print it out. When he gets to the embassy in the morning, the security will take the letter from him and ask him to come back by 2pm and then, he will be given his packet 3 and 4

Yes, you should go then. If you're the beneficiary, you'll be the one applying for the visa at the consulate.

Thanks again and sorry for the bother, but do i just go there or i do need to show something as a proof.i do know the case number.thanks

The letter says to bring it, so he should try to send you a copy of it. He can scan it and you can print it. I would also bring your ID (passport).

You DO NOT HAVE to show ANY prove, all you need is the letter.. And that's it. Not sure though, but I think he can send someone in to go get it for him. They didn't request for my ID when I went for mine 3wks ago.
