Cspa info,

My sister dob is November 20th 1990. Her pd was sep 07 2009, her case was approved on September 30th, 2010.

That's exactly one year between noa1 and noa2, cpsa rules say that time doesn't count and you can add it to her age, basically she was protected until she was 22. What are the dates of your noa1 and noa2

Firstable I want to thanks the entire VJ family to guide me and get me familiar with the immigration process. Our interview was yesterday.

My mother petition for my sister and she turned 21 6 months, because her case took one year to get approved she was protected by cspa.

We entered at the embassy at 6:30am, by 7:30 our case was called to collect the documents we brought ( bank receipt, police certificate , passport and the Dominican republic national ID) and the she was sent to do the fingerprints.

After two hours waiting on that bench our case was called again at 9:30am.

They asked the following questions to my sister .

Have you had any problem with the law?

Have you ever been in he united states ?

The answer to both was obvious no,

To my mother they asked her

What is the date of birth of your daughter ?

How did you get your green card?

My mom got her green card thru me and they asked me he same question how I got mine and I got it thru my father 16 years ago

Passport was available to be picked up on the 2nd day after visa was approved. It can take up to two weeks for them to delivered, but instead we went to their office (40 miles drive) and pick it up.

Arman81,

You are in the border line, I wish you good luck and hopefully you will get your interview next month.
