125% is 18,920 so you would be short for 2011. If you have a letter from your employer that says you are now full time, they should take it into consideration. Maybe someone with better knowledge of this can give you a better answer.

yes my tax from 2011 is short, but i have a full time job now, and im wondering that if im still ok..

You are OK because the consular officer will be looking at your current sustained income. You will need to submit some current paycheck stubs to verify your current income...the more the better. Also, a letter from your employer would help greatly. In addition, I would have your fiancée try to submit a short letter from you explaining your circumstances, making it clear that you now have a full-time job and that your income has increased.

Yes, from you. You will send everything to your fiancée so she can submit it to the Filipino pre-screener prior to her final interview with the consular officer.

Will you be attending the interview? If so, you can also explain your circumstances to the consular officer. That would be the safest thing to do.

You need to explain that your current sustained income exceeds the requirement.
