Hey Guys,

I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on my RFE i FINALLY recieved.

so i was having a heart attack because i thought i did something wrong.

turns out they just want my original w2 to verify my income

whew!!! thank god because i was so scared. and I was stressing. but one of the memebers here said

just wait and see what they are asking for before you send them all the info again.

Then luckily we recieved another rfe today because its for a copy of my passport biographics page and passport stamps of entrances and exits to and from colombia.

I just dont know what to say. I am just glad that its something as small at this and nothing crazy

tomorrow my husband has his biometrics at 11 am. i am nervous about what will happen when they find that he had a problem when we was sentenced to 10 day commnunity service for driving with no license( he was finger printed at the correctional place, but was not placed under arrest)

any advice on this.

does anyone thing this will make his fingers prints come back bad.

Did he tell the truth about it on his application?

yes we did. i even sent in a disposition from the court stating that we paid all fines and he completed the community service. the dispotion was certiified and sealed from the court. i also got the officer whom was in charge to send a letter saying he didnt have no problem with him during his community service.

He should be fine. That's not an offense that would prevent him from adjusting, the only issue would be lying about it.

Everyone that gets arrested in the U.S. the finger prints and arrest record gets entered into the FBI database. This database goes back more than 40 years. This database does not say the outcome of the case, even if you were falsely arrested. The database only lists the arrest and what the arrest was for. This means when the police officer says you under arrest, your fingerprints will be at the FBI.
