Hello all!!

I just wanted to double check with you guys if Im sending the correct docs since I dont understand english very well and you are way ahead of me in the process.

01 - Payment of 340

02 - cover letter with signature of the petitioner

03 - I129F

04 - How we met letter with explanation about the plain for future and wedding -2 pages with date and both signature (is the signature of both necessary?)

05 - Intend to marry letter with both signature (just in case 2 signature, but is it necessary?)

06 - proof of have met (visa in our passport and flight tickets itinerary + credit card statment proving the payment of the tickets) - Is it necessary hotel, restaurant, etc bills receipt? we did not keep them

07 -325A for both

08- Passport type pic for both with name

09 - copy of all pages passport for petitioner

Am I forgetting anything?? Please Help me!!

04 - is not needed they only want 2 sentences of how you met.

05 - they want a letter one from each person ( one from the petitioner and one from the beneficiary ) signed with an original signature on the letters.

Agree with previous postings.

For future use: take "couple" photos; retain receipts from hotel, restaurants, etc.

Whichever way you send your petition packet to Dallas lock-box, consider getting delivery confirmation from carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

QUESTION:

In the how we met lettler, does it has to be in detail? We dont have the ring, We dont have the detail of wedding party, do we need that?

No they just want to know how you met. Do not talk about wedding anything or they can deny you citing you are married even if you are not.
