You would have to contact USCIS - vermont service center does not have a direct line of contact.

When you call USCIS you need to speak to an operator ask for an officer. They will ask for your personal details.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Does it take so long to get a receipt from Vermont Service Center? Its been almost three weeks and I have not receive the reciept notice yet.

Does it take so long to get a receipt from Vermont Service Center? Its been almost three weeks and I have not receive the reciept notice yet.

It can take up to 30 days to get a NOA in the mail. Vermont is currently backlogged with removal of conditions processing. If you are really concerned about it go ahead and call them about it, it wont cause anything negative to happen with your case/file.

I sent a money order so i am not sure as to whether the money order was cashed. How can I check to know whether the money order has been cashed?

Usually there is a phone number on the receipt that you can call. There is also the money order number that you give to them so they can confirm if it has been cashed.

I agree with others, you shouldn't worry about it for at least 30 days. I know it's stressful and I'd be impatiently waiting if I were you too, but don't waste your breath on calling. All they will tell you is that you need to wait more.
