Age Difference Red Flag

I am 20+ years older than my wife. Our relationship spans several years, I have made 12+ trips to visit, and I think I have all other bases covered. I am well aware that the age difference is a red flag. My question is a s follows:

Should I meet this "Red Flag" "head-on", or just leave it "unsaid"? I will be completing the EP process in the next few days, and hopefully having an interview in the next few weeks. I will go to Guangzhou for the interview. Should I address the age difference in my EOR? Should I address it on a separate one page statement/document? And finally, if I do, should I send it with my EP documents or just have my wife bring it to the interview?

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

2 weeks ago there was a american man in his 60's with a 40 something fiance they passed with flying colors. I suggest the milk tea if you wait at the cafe in the consulate 49RMB. And take reading material, between the 2 days I waited about 10 hours.
