I-130 HELP!!!

Hello everyone!!! Could someone advice me what to do?! And explain this situation..

I recieved RFE on March 30th, emailed them my RFE on April 2.... So i recieved email from them that My Case Status is RFE Response Review, and they already recieved my RFE on April 5th..

So i called Mil Help Line to expedite it cos we couldnt wait for 60 days before i will get result... We PCS in 20 days and im 25 weeks pregnant, and i have limit to travel..

And now i recieved email from them saying :

Really? And its not even April 15th yet!

And i already sent them my RFE!!!

I know i have to call them, andi am going to!

Just wanna know anyone have the same experience? Or similarity?

I would call ASAP, did they send an additional RFE? I thought the military help line was to help?

Hubby just called... THey ddnt ask for another RFE..

They told us that our status is stil RFE response review.

So i think the email is a mistake..

And they told us the expedite still in process,,

We pcs in 20 days

25 weeks pregnant, and we have a 3 years old son..

Its gonna be complicated if hubby flew by himself and me and our son cant go..

Well my son can go with him since he's a us citizen already. But no one will take care of him over there.. So he will stay w/me

call them asap! sometimes they dont collaborate with infos and docs they receive, your rfe response may not show yet or not updated on their system.

we did called them today..

and in USCIS site if i check my status there its saying RFE Response Review

and i already got email from them that they're reviewing my RFE Response on april 5th..

i guess the email mistaken
