I-130 HELP PLEASE!

Hello everyone!!! Could someone advice me what to do?! And explain this situation..

I recieved RFE on March 30th, emailed them my RFE on April 2.... So i recieved email from them that My Case Status is RFE Response Review, and they already recieved my RFE on April 5th..

So i called Mil Help Line to expedite it cos we couldnt wait for 60 days before i will get result... We PCS in 20 days and im 25 weeks pregnant, and i have limit to travel..

And now i recieved email from them saying :

And i already sent them my RFE!!!

I know i have to call them, andi am going to!

Just wanna know anyone have the same experience? Or similarity?

Apr.30,2012- Nvc Received (in the building)

May 02,2012- Noa2 touched hard copy

May 02,2012- Case number/invoice number assigned

May 04, 2012- Aos fee bill assigned/ pay/ sent Ds3032 written by email

May 08,2012- Aos paid/ Ds3032 accepted/ IV fee bill assigned and pay

May10, 2012 - IV fee paid

May 11,2012- Case complete/ nvc left

CONSULATE

May 18,2012- Medical (passed!)

May 21,2012- Interview- approved

May 24,2012- Visa on hand

Timeline

Usually, petitions are approved within a few days of receiving an adequate response to an RFE. I would just ignore this email and expect the approval notice any day now.

In the meantime, you posted in the K3 forum. I assure you there is no K3 visa in your future and there is no N/A visa (see your profile) coming either. Take this time to become a professor of the NVC portion of the CR1 visa process. That's the visa you're seeking.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
