It is not your time as yet to receive the Immigrant Visa Fee request. The NVC is barely requesting it from those with January 2012 priority dates. If you call them they would be able to tell you about WHEN they will be working on your case.

Which persons in February..? Were these cases before or after Feb. 24, 2011..?

Priority date March 18,2011 I got an email from NVC I already paid the AOS fee and send DS-3032 and I-864, now I'm waiting for IV fee bill.

Called the NVC and update your email so that can contact you if needed. Some have les visa availabe then other country based on how many people apply for F2a, I think you are going to be contacted by NVC very soon just be patient and call theim when you can to make sure.

hi Adam.i am also from Morocco,my priority date sep 16.2011 i am still waiting for Approval of I-130 for my wife,i don't know how much it takes and i don't know what is after the approval?

you should get approved very soon, It should take less than 6 months by USCIS. contact uscis. after you get approved your case will be transfered to the National Visa Center(NVC),and they will cantact you when your VISA number is close so you can do more paper work.(DS-3032,AOS,DS-230,Medical,Interview,Visa,USA,Creen card,hapeness,Babies,bills,Problems.... )
