To my VJ family just wanna say I hope that after the Easter holiday BOTH USCIS facilities will kick into high gear and get us some good news soon. Yes I'm stressing out because it's past 6 months now but I know there are more here that are waiting even LONGER! God bless and keep everyone here in your prayers, keep the faith and keep on keeping on.

Have a BLESS day VJ family!!!

Have you called USCIS to find out what's going on with your application? You said it's been 6 months. They've already begun processing December applicants, so yours should've been looked at already. You may want to do so in case your file is sitting on someone's desk or is still stuck accidentally in a box somewhere.

YES, I have called USCIS, first time was after the 5 month mark I called, 3/13/12 and and on 19 March I got email from USCIS that stated that...Based on fluctuations and variables that impact the processing times and for the purpose of interim or final adjudicative processing, the VCS allows "30" days beyond the posted date before the case is considered "Outside of Normal Processing Time" (ONPT):bonk:

SOOOO last week I contacted my congress person and as of yet.....NOTHING.....
