DS-230 Part II ?

Hey,

I am feeling a bit brain dead at the moment but the website says that they need the DS-230 part 1 and the DS-2001 plus a cover letter before they can schedule the interview (along with medical exam, I know) but when do we send in the DS-230 part II?

What visa? Add what you're filing for to your profile.

If it's K1, you don't ever need part 2. That's for a spouse visa.

It is indeed a spousal visa but where does it say I don't need part II? The information on it still seems relevant.

You do need Part 2. Fiance's don't.

So next question which makes a difference. Did you do Direct Consular Filing of the petition to USCIS London? Or will you be processing at the NVC because you filed the petition to the Chicago Lockbox?
